Reserve Study and Reserve Funds

A reserve study tells the community how much money needs to be in their reserve fund at any given point in time in order to replace the parks, trails, fencing, etc. The board then uses this study to help plan the needed maintenance or repairs for the upcoming year. Every 6 years a new study must be conducted and every 3 years the study must be reviewed. Two separate reserve studies are conducted due to having single unit homes and townhomes.
