Management and Finances

K&R Premier

K&R Premier has been the management company of Spring Creek Ranch since 2009. They are always quick to respond to emails and texts regarding information or issues community members may have. If you have any issues and a board member is not available our primary contact is Kenny Wilson. The quickest way to reach him is by email or by text as K&R manages property from Ogden to Cedar city. They recently commented that they, "have been blessed to help Spring Creek Ranch become what it is today and are excited for its future."

Some of the items they handle for the HOA are the collection of dues, fines and fees, accounting ledgers, bids for services, communication with attorneys, budgeting, reserve studies and more.

Finances

Every member of the HOA is entitled to know how and where their dues are being spent. We believe in being completely transparent with the use of funds. Click the document below to open the most recent financials. These financial statements are handed out at each board meeting to those in attendance. If you need to request previous records please contact the board using the form to the right.

Reserve Study and Reserve Funds

A reserve study tells the community how much money needs to be in their reserve fund at any given point in time in order to replace the parks, trails, fencing, etc. The board then uses this study to help plan the needed maintenance or repairs for the upcoming year. Every 6 years a new study must be conducted and every 3 years the study must be reviewed. Two separate reserve studies are conducted due to having single unit homes and townhomes.
